My name's Arthur, and I love surfing and snowboarding. I'm pretty straightforward: I don't really have any other hobbies. Fancy cars, big mansions, or expensive watches? Nah, not my thing. I dress like a bum and cruise around in an old beater packed with boards. If my lifestyle allows me to surf and snowboard, I'm happy, and if not, I'm miserable.

The world is full of ostentatious jerks, but I'm not one of them.

I might very well be a jerk, but not an ostentatious one.

Anyway, I have a knack for coding technical indicators and trading robots for various platforms. Now, I could boast about my fifteen years of programming experience, my deep market knowledge, and my skills as a professional investor, but I'm not going to because that's what everyone else does.

Instead, I'm going to tell you a story.

Look.

I confess that my academic life has been a complete failure. As a kid, I consistently sat at the back of the class and lived in terror that the teacher would call me up to the board because I speak terribly in public. I wandered through various schools and had to repeat my fourth year of high school. I took the SAT just to check the box, scraped through, and finally dropped out of college after just one year. It almost gave my parents a heart attack.

To do something, I ended up working in the one thing I was good at up until then: computers. At just twenty-one, I landed a job with a major media company as a “senior programmer” and worked for several years on renowned news sites like El Mundo, Expansion, and Marca. I was fortunate to be the youngest technician in the company. I was extremely lucky to be hired without a college degree, and at my job, I learned many things without which my life would have been very different, such as analyzing large amounts of data programmatically.

And I also met Jesule, a coworker who really liked markets and trading. And I had no blooming idea what that was. So Jesule taught me how to read price charts during breaks while we drank insipid machine coffees. He taught me all about financial markets, technical analysis, candlestick patterns and indicators.

Every morning, I had to wake up at six in the morning, get in the car, and drive to work. I endured traffic jams of over an hour each way. It was frustrating. Torturous. I worked all day surrounded by demoralized, resigned, and pot-bellied individuals whom I didn't want to resemble in the future. But it was all worth it because Jesule taught me how to trade.

Meeting Jesule changed my life forever.

When I finally learned how to read price charts and trade on my own, I wondered if knowing how to program would offer me any advantage in the markets. And I could verify that it did! Armed with programming skills, market knowledge and common sense, I could stop enduring morning traffic jams and move somewhere I could snowboard in winter and surf in summer.

I started programming indicators and robots for the Metatrader platform, initially for my personal use. After seeing how much they helped me in my trading, I decided to offer them to the world, the vast majority for free. For nothing. On the house.

And the rest is history.

I've coded and published more than a hundred indicators and robots.

Since 2012, my tools have been empowering hundreds of thousands of traders worldwide, and I'm not exaggerating. With millions of downloads of my free indicators and robots across the globe, the impact just keeps growing.

Despite the stereotypes surrounding the trading industry, I am deeply satisfied to have helped, even just a little, a boatload of people without asking for anything in return. I've empowered traders from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Singapore. But also from Nigeria, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Kenya.

Social media is filled with snake oil salesmen sporting elaborate profiles on platforms like Envygram, Chained-in, and Tuktuk. They employ aggressive sales funnels with last-minute discounts, bonus downloads and relentless phone calls. Their business model thrives on wasting your time, energy, and money. But I steer clear of all that. What you see is what you get.

I'm aware that if I didn't give away most of my tools, but instead wrapped them in colorful paper and promoted them tirelessly on social media without rocking the boat, I would make much more money than I do now. But to be honest, all of that feels like too much effort to me.

I prefer to keep giving away my indicators and robots.

Plain and simple. No nonsense. No bullshit. No strings attached.

People tend to dismiss everything free, assuming it has no value, but when it comes to my indicators and robots, you'd be mistaken to do so. On my website, you'll find high-quality free tools, better than the vast majority of paid alternatives you'll find online.

My work has been hacked, copied, and plagiarized ad nauseam. I've lost count of the number of websites that pirate my tools or vendors who have decompiled my indicators to resell them as if they were the original authors. I've even come across people who have the audacity to sell my free tools, tricking unsuspecting individuals into paying for what they can get for free on my website.

I guess that's what happens when you're a pioneer and do good work. You get robbed and copied. At first, I used to chase them, but I've stopped. I've decided to take their actions as a compliment and accept the free advertising they provide me. I'm telling you all this not to brag, but to ensure you don't get ripped off or sold a bill of goods.

But I can't give away all my work.

I'd love to give away all my indicators and robots for free, but let's face it, we all need to eat, right? Selling some of them helps me keep the lights on and dedicate time to updating them and answering your burning questions.
